1. Independent Drive Feeding System: Each axis is driven by an independent motor and reducer, and a multi-axis drive system is set up. Controlled by a single frequency converter, it ensures synchronous operation of all axes, making the feeding process more stable and precise.
2. Guiding System: Utilizing 304 non-magnetic stainless steel guide wheels, the guide wheels have moderate axial elasticity to accommodate the bending of the steel billet, ensuring stable transmission of the billet during heating and avoiding uneven heating caused by bending.
3. Temperature Closed-Loop Control System: An automatic temperature control system is formed by combining an infrared thermometer and a PLC control system. The system automatically adjusts the power supply based on the initial temperature of the steel billet entering the sensor and the feed speed, ensuring a constant temperature throughout the heating process and preventing temperature fluctuations from affecting product quality.
4. Intelligent Industrial Control Computer System: Equipped with an industrial control computer system, it can display working parameters and status in real time and has functions for memorizing, storing, and printing workpiece parameters. Simultaneously, the system also has fault alarm and automatic power adjustment functions to ensure the stability of the production process and maintain a constant temperature.
