High-Efficiency Heating and Precise Temperature Control: Employing medium-frequency induction heating technology, the equipment rapidly heats the billet to the required temperature while ensuring the surface and core temperature difference remains within a controllable range. The power consumption per ton of billet is controlled within a reasonable range, meeting the high-efficiency requirements of rebar production lines. The PLC automatic control system monitors the heating process in real time, ensuring the accuracy of heating temperature and time.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: The equipment uses a 12-pulse rectified medium-frequency power supply with a high power factor (≥0.90) and low harmonics, significantly reducing power consumption and mitigating grid harmonic pollution. With its intelligent temperature control system, the equipment automatically adjusts its power based on the material and size of the steel billet, maximizing energy efficiency.
The automated control system is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system. All parameters (including temperature, heating time, output, etc.) are displayed and recorded in real time via a touchscreen, ensuring traceability of production data. The system also features fault alarm functions, is easy to operate, and guarantees stable equipment operation.
The modular design and quick replacement of furnace sections allow for rapid replacement and an integrated hoisting design, facilitating maintenance and replacement. The furnace body is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy and non-magnetic stainless steel, extending service life and reducing magnetic leakage.
Improved production efficiency and rebar quality are achieved through a highly efficient heating and temperature control system, ensuring uniform heating of the steel billet and preventing excessive temperature differences or surface burn-off. The heated steel billet is then fed into a rolling mill for rebar forming. The rolling process is fast and efficient, significantly improving production efficiency. The final rebar exhibits excellent mechanical properties and stability.

Heating and Rolling Process
Bill Heating: The billet is heated to the required temperature using a medium-frequency induction furnace. During the heating process, the equipment adjusts the power according to the billet's material and specifications to ensure uniform heating and reduce surface oxidation. Precise temperature control ensures that the billet temperature meets rolling requirements when exiting the furnace.
Temperature Monitoring and Adjustment: Each furnace section is equipped with an infrared thermometer and temperature sensor to monitor the billet surface temperature in real time. The PLC system automatically adjusts the power supply based on the measurement data to ensure the temperature remains within the ideal range.
Rolling Process: Heated steel billets are fed into the rolling mill via a conveying system for rolling into steel bars. During production, the system automatically adjusts the rolling speed and pressure according to requirements to ensure the dimensional accuracy and strength of the steel bars.
Automated Discharge and Cooling: The rolled steel bars are automatically transported to the cooling zone for rapid cooling. The cooling system precisely controls water flow, temperature, and pressure to ensure uniform cooling and prevent internal stress and surface defects.
