Product Feature

Working Principle and Heating Process
Steel Bar Feeding and Heating: Steel bars are automatically fed into the induction heating furnace via a conveyor system, where induction heating rapidly raises the surface temperature.
Quenching Treatment: After heating, the steel bars are quickly cooled by a water spray device, forming a high-hardness hardened layer on the surface while maintaining relative toughness in the core, improving overall mechanical properties.
Temperature Control and Monitoring: The temperature of each steel bar is monitored in real time by an infrared thermometer, and the power and temperature during the induction heating process are precisely adjusted by a PLC control system.
Discharging and Cooling: After quenching, the steel bars are further cooled by a cooling system and then conveyed to the subsequent processing or packaging area.
Equipment Configuration
Medium Frequency Power Supply: A high-efficiency medium frequency power supply system is used to provide stable and uniform heating power. The power supply is configured according to customer needs and production process requirements to ensure high-efficiency output.
Induction Heating Furnace: The induction heating furnace is customized according to the specifications of the steel bars. The furnace design ensures uniform heating, reduces heat loss, and improves work efficiency.
Capacitor cabinet and transformer: Equipped with high-efficiency capacitor cabinets and transformers to ensure efficient use of electrical energy and reduce energy consumption.
Infrared temperature measurement system: Real-time monitoring of heating temperature throughout the process ensures precise temperature control during quenching.
PLC control system: Siemens PLC control system, combined with a 10-inch color touchscreen, displays production data in real time and automatically adjusts various parameters during heating and cooling.
