Founded in 1999, Hebei Yuantuo Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research and innovation of induction heating technology and is a leading enterprise in this field in China. Since its inception, Yuantuo has consistently focused on the field of induction heating. With years of experience, our engineering team has accumulated profound technical expertise in equipment design, process development, manufacturing, and project management. We have a deep understanding of the core concepts of induction heating and emphasize the close integration of processes and equipment. The company owns independent intellectual property rights and has obtained several national utility model patents, further consolidating its technological advantages.

The company has achieved significant technological breakthroughs in the research and application of induction heating equipment and has achieved technological leadership in multiple projects. For example:

● In 2008, we successfully completed China's first production line for tempering and quenching grinding rods used in mining.

● In 2009, we designed and delivered China's first 2500KW induction heating production line for hot rolling of steel balls.

● In 2012, we completed a 4000KW parallel induction heating production line for hot rolling of reinforcing bars, consisting of medium-frequency and ultra-high-frequency components.

● In 2014, we successfully delivered a 7500KW induction heating production line for reheating continuously cast and rolled steel billets.

● In 2015, we delivered a 5500KW ultra-high-power induction heating production line for hot rolling of φ100-120 steel balls.

● Between 2009 and 2015, We have completed multiple wind turbine anchor bolt heat treatment production lines, all of which operate stably and reliably.

● In 2017, we delivered a continuous induction heating production line for oil casing, with safe and reliable operation.

● From 2018 to 2019, we successfully developed a series IGBT power supply system and verified its excellent equipment stability.

● From 2020 to 2021, we completed the development and delivery of various precision heat treatment line equipment, covering materials such as rebar, rectangular tubes, and steel bars.

● From 2022 to 2023, we successfully delivered 5000-10000KW steel plate overall heating and edge heating equipment.


Scope of Orders Accepted

We specialize in providing clients with non-standard customized induction heat treatment production lines and core heating units, covering the entire supply chain from material heat treatment to pre-thermoforming heating. Specifically, we undertake the following three core order types:

1. Orders for heat treatment production lines (to improve material properties)

Applicable processes: quenching, tempering (quenching and tempering), annealing, normalizing, solution treatment, etc.

Typical products:

Steel bar/bar heat treatment line : used for overall or partial heat treatment of round and square steel bars such as bearing steel, gear steel, and alloy structural steel .

Steel pipe heat treatment line : used for bright quenching, tempering and weld treatment of oil well pipes, hydraulic support pipes, bearing steel pipes, etc.

Specialized production lines for special components : Automated heat treatment for parts such as bolts, screws, and shafts.


2. Orders for thermoforming heating lines

Applicable processes: pre-forging heating, rolling heating, pipe bending heating, hot stamping heating, etc.

Typical products:

heating production line for billets/ingots : provides rapid and uniform austenitizing heating for forging and rolling.

Online local heating system : used for heating and flaring pipe ends, local thermoforming of sheet metal, etc.

Temperature equalization system : integrated into the rolling line to eliminate temperature differences between the head and tail of the intermediate billet and the core surface.


3. Orders for upgrading and renovating existing production lines

heating replacement or automation and digital upgrades for existing coal-fired, gas-fired, and electric resistance furnace production lines to significantly improve energy efficiency and product quality.
